Jim Miller is Co-Founder and CEO of RxMapper, a personalized medication platform and telehealth consult practice developed in collaboration with Mayo Clinic. Jim is a serial entrepreneur with over thirty years of founding and leading a succession of telecommunications (Matrix Communications, Tenor Communications), Internet (Online Convergence), and healthcare (RxMapper) companies. Jim devotes a considerable amount of his time and resources pursuing advancements in science and human health; advocating for solutions to the problem of global climate change; and improving the educational opportunities of poor and at-risk children. Jim is a member of Boston College’s Board of Regents where he serves on the Committee on Integrated Science and Society; on the Board of Directors of Climate Science, Awareness and Solutions at Columbia University’s Earth Institute, where he works with renowned Climate Scientist Dr. James Hansen; on the Board of Our Children’s Trust; was a founding trustee of the Boston College Lab School at St. Columbkille; and previously served under Peter Lynch as Vice President and trustee of Boston’s Inner-City Scholarship Fund and the Catholic Schools Foundation.

Dr. Chris Grilli has held positions as a pharmacist, researcher and administrator responsible for overseeing the ambulatory pharmacy’s practice, research, and education operation for Mayo Clinic Arizona. Dr. Grilli is a member of the Mayo Clinic Pharmacogenomics task force, Vice Chair of Mayo Clinic’s Enterprise-Wide Pharmacogenomics Subcommittee and served as Assistant Secretary to the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Subcommittee. Dr. Grilli was responsible for the clinical implementation of pharmacogenomics at Mayo Clinic Arizona and was the inaugural director of the Mayo Clinic Center for Individualized Medicine’s Conference titled “Drugs and Genes: Pharmacogenomics for the Modern Healthcare Team.” Dr. Grilli is the Principal Investigator of the Mayo Clinic Safeguard study regarding the use of genomic data for personalized medication monitoring. Dr. Grilli also served as a pharmacogenomics expert policy advisor to the American Pharmacist Association’s policy committee and was instrumental in developing APhA’s current pharmacogenomics policy statements. Dr. Grilli is Chief Science Advisor for RxMapper, LLC. He holds a Doctorate in Pharmacy from Creighton University, a Board Certification in Ambulatory Care from the Board of Pharmacy Specialties, and a Master’s in Business Administration, with emphasis on Finance and Health Care, from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management.

David is the Chief Product & Operations Officer of RxMapper. Prior to joining the company, David was most recently the head of operations for Mayo Clinic’s Center for Regenerative Medicine in Arizona in which he built and oversaw the ecosystem of advanced biotherapeutics for the organization. He was also an Assistant Professor of Health Care Systems Engineering in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine, and Co-Investigator of the Mayo Clinic Safeguard Study regarding the use of genomic data for personalized medication monitoring. A Health Systems Engineer by training, David has developed and implemented numerous new products and services at Mayo Clinic, including eight telemedicine programs, the Mayo Clinic pharmacogenomics service line, and the genomic cancer detection and care clinic. David has a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and an M.S. in the Science of Health Care Delivery from Arizona State University. He has a background in software development, and an expertise at the intersection of health care delivery and technology. David is also trained in Lean Six Sigma and teaches a master’s level course on industrial engineering in health systems at ASU. David has six invention disclosures to Mayo Clinic Ventures, two ongoing grants, three patents, several publications, and multiple awards including: Mayo Clinic’s Quality Improvement Project of the Year (three times); Quality Improvement Scholarship Award; and the CoDE Award from Mayo Clinic’s Center for Innovation.

Howard has an accomplished history of leading and developing many diverse and cohesive teams across the country and among multiple business units during his 44-year career at Walgreens. He served in many roles including District Manager, Corporate Director of Store Operations, Vice President of Healthcare Integration. Prior to retirement Howard spent 15 years as Regional Vice President in several regions and had responsibility for all retail, health care and pharmacy operations across 550 locations and 5 states in the Southwest United States. His responsibilities included store service levels, profit and loss, team and talent development, and new business development. He also had additional involvement in real estate, local marketing, human resources, talent recruitment, asset protection, and facilities management. Howard is passionate about innovative solutions in health care and committed to making a lasting impact on the future of his community. Howard holds a BS Degree in Pharmacy from Purdue University and remains engaged and involved at the University as an active alum.
Alan has years of experience creating value at the C suite and Board level. Alan recently finished his 34-year career at Walgreens with his final seven years at Senior Vice President level; split between Chief Financial Officer of Walgreens and Senior Vice President of Property roles. In these roles, he led business facing finance functions, all property functions, asset protection and the company’s project management office. His leadership successes include crisis management during the pandemic, executive sponsorship of two cost management programs and large merger/acquisition integrations. He also developed and facilitated mentoring and personnel development programs and has mentored many rising executives. For six years he served as a Board of Directors member of Option Care Health and a member of its Audit and Compliance & Quality committees. Today he serves on the Board of Directors of two companies backed by private equity firms. He serves as Chair for the Audit, Quality and Compliance Committee of StateServ Medical and the Chair of the Audit Committee for Patriot Home Care.
George is an innovative Senior Retail Healthcare Executive with over 35 years of experience leading pharmacy, managed care, merchandising and marketing teams. George is President of Riedl Retail Health Solutions, a retail health advisory firm providing strategic, value-added services and solutions to the retail, healthcare, pharmacy, PBM, pharmaceutical and consumer product goods industries. Most recently, George was President of Pharmacy, Health & Wellness for Walmart US. Previously, George spent 27 years at Walgreens, serving in a variety of leadership roles including Vice President of Purchasing, Executive Vice President of Merchandising & Marketing and Senior Vice President of Pharmacy Innovation & Purchasing. He is a licensed pharmacist in the State of Illinois and serves as a Board Member for DisposeRx, an Advisory Board Member for Vertus Benefits and Bridge Diagnostics and an Executive Advisory Board Member for Gryphon Investors. George also served as a member of the Board of Directors of ClarusONE, an international generic pharmaceutical sourcing joint venture between Walmart and McKesson Corp, and as a member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Chain Drug Stores.
Ron has 40 years of experience in the pharmacy and health care industry. Ron had a 29-year career at Walgreens where he served in various executive capacities including: Vice-President of Accountable Care Services; Vice-President of Administration and Integration/Chief of Staff to the President of Walgreens Health Services; Vice-President of Patient Services; Director of Government Relations and Director of E-Commerce. After his career at Walgreens, Ron became President of Medication Management Partners, a centralized pharmacy focused on Long Term Care Services and currently is the principal at Weinert Pharmacy and Healthcare Strategies, LLC. Ron received a BS in pharmacy from the University of Illinois College of Pharmacy; a Certificate from the Wharton School and the Leonard Davis Institute of Health Economics of the University of Pennsylvania in an Executive Management Program for Pharmacy Leaders. Ron served as a member of the Illinois State Board of Pharmacy, the National Associations of Boards of Pharmacy, and is a past member of the Illinois College of Pharmacy Deans Advisory Board of Directors.
